Scope Limitations Housing
The purpose of the study is to assess the viability of ______, which is situated in the
barangay of Del Rosario, San Fernando, Pampanga. The development will include residential
buildings, a primary health clinic, a public market, tricycle terminals, a bus stop, and other amenities,
in order to serve the needs of the newly moved households. The team aims to further evaluate the
development of residences in addition to identifying recurring characteristics in planned unit
developments.
Scope
● The study focuses on the project's cost and material viability in order to make the proposed unit
development suitable for the households.
● The study confirms that the planned unit development is effective in addressing the challenges
associated with relocating households from their current dwelling site to another residency.
Limitations
● The scope of the study would be constrained to the barangays within the boundaries of San
Fernando, Pampanga, especially those ISF.
● The target population of the study are not limited to the informal settlers in San Fernando, but also
those low-income earners to give them a privilege to have a place for their safety, security, privacy,
protection from the outside world.
● The study focuses primarily on informal settlers that live within the affected areas of the Malolos-
Clark railway project in order to give priority to the population that needs relocation the most
