1. PURPOSE

This submission of this Risk Assessment covers all activities related to the Assembly, Load Testing, and Dismantling of Crawler Crane
LIEBHER LR1750-Operations for construction at the CRISP Project in Jurong Island.

2. SCOPE

This procedure applies to the whole scope of works on the Assembly, Load Testing, and Dismantling of Crawler Crane LIEBHER LR1750-
Operations at the CRISP Project in Jurong Island.

3 OBJECTIVE

The objective of this risk assessment procedure is to ensure that all activities related to the above-mentioned works would be carried out in a
safe manner and all risk are evaluated and control measure put in place.
