Digital downloads

Buyer’s email address to which the goods were delivered

Date and time goods were downloaded or delivered

Proof the seller's website was accessed for services after the payment date

Proof the service was provided or used

Description of the goods downloaded

Travel (including airline, rail, taxi, etc.) and events

Proof the ticket was sent to the address provided within the Transaction Details page
or to the buyer’s email address

Evidence the ticket was scanned at the boarding gate (for rail and airline tickets) or at
the entry to the event

Details of customer loyalty program which establishes a link to the buyer

Evidence of additional transactions related to the original transaction, such as


purchase of seat upgrades, payment for extra baggage or purchases made on board
(for rail and airline)

Date, time and address where the customer was collected and dropped off

Proof the event took place including media coverage, online news or social media.
Relevant portions of the terms and conditions to which the buyer agreed or evidence
outlining the efforts you’ve taken to meet the terms and conditions

Accommodation

Proof the customer stayed in the accommodation

Check-in time and date


Documentation which the customer agreed to at the time of check-in

Evidence of any additional charges for upgrades, minibar, etc.

Services

Buyer’s IP address

Buyer’s email address to which the goods were delivered

Description of the goods downloaded

Date and time the goods were downloaded

Proof the customer accessed the services after the transaction date

Evidence of any qualifications issued
