CHAPTER II

MARKET STUDY

The objective of the Group in making this study is to know whether


their idea putting-up a business, particularly in the food service industry,
could create a demand from customers to patronize them and will the
revenues be sufficient to generate a profit.

A. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Project will focus more on site development and friendly satisfactory
service to its customers.

It will be operating a Fast Food-Carinderia type of restaurant from 7:00


A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and as a Restaurant from 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 M.N.

Dine- in foods will be available at the display counter while dine-out or take
home foods will be ordered at the take home counter.

The customers may eat and enjoy their meals near the river bank where
they can see the beautiful landscape and hear the sound of water flowing
from the adjacent river below.

The Project will also accommodate and cater to events such as birthdays,
baptism, weddings, meetings, seminar holding of concerts, and other special
occasions.

Daytime operation will primarily cater to students, employees,


residents coming from the covered area of operation such as Patria
Sable
