 Agriculture is the main product of Isabela, providing higher yield and low-cost
seeds can help provide a higher number of products to be produced, this will
also help encourage people to get into farming.
 Minor Roads and minor bridges.
 As much as the major roads and bridges, minor roads and bridges are also
important, these can help people in more remote areas to travel to the closest
town faster or more comfortable so that the process of trading will faster.
Putting these minor roads and bridges into consideration will give light to the
smaller farming businesses, because the major roads and bridges will be
made anyways why not look at the minor ones.
 Providing more Accessible Health Care to those in remote Areas
 To be able to provide Health Care to those in remote Areas, the medical
professionals should go to the remote areas to bring the healthcare to them.
Allowing for this to be more frequent can provide better healthcare to those
people who are far away.
 Evaluate the needs and provides for the Educational Institutions
  In school, teaching different courses requires a different approach. Schools
have to provide opportunities to their students to learn various methods and
processes. Therefore, students must need the following:

Napoleon as a manager for me because, he is a great leader that can provide a
lot of useful advices in leading a huge province such as Isabela, he successfully
led the French empire in its peak glorious days, in both the military and the
economy.

 He is currently the richest man alive; he is a great businessman and a very
knowledgeable individual. He advocates for clean energy by being the forefront
of the electric vehicle industry. He would make a great manager because he can
provide useful information regarding which technologies would be beneficiary to
advance.
Dr. Reonel D. Ferreria
 I would hire him as my manager because he knows how to manage

Rodrigo Duterte

 The former President of the Philippines. He cleaned Davao city when he was the
mayor and during his Precedency, he decided to do the same for the entire
Philippines. I would like to choose him as a manager because he can help assist
me using his methods to be able to make the people follow me and those who
seek to do injustice will be punished

 As a Governor of Isabela having the qualities of both leaders and boss can be
effective in leading the province. First is you should be able to make people follow
you when you want to do something, your people should be on-board with you on
what you do. You should be approachable to your people under you so that you can
keep a good relation with them. Being optimistic can make the people follow you
more when they see your optimism and having optimism can lead to more positive
results. Thinking about your people’s welfare can also make you a good leader,
because people will want to follow a leader that thinks about its people. From the
characteristics of a boss being a holistic thinker can be a good quality when
governing a large province such as Isabela, thinking holistic is needed when
addressing problems in the province as a whole.
 As a whole doesn’t mean just looking at it as an entire picture but also addressing
the problems that may occur on the most remote areas. A Governor should have its
goals that is set in place that will be for the best for the province. Focusing on
achieving that goal should be the priority. As the Governor you should know how to
delegate your people appropriately, most of the time you should put the people most
suited to the task that is needed to be done. Delegating people can also give them
more opportunity to stretch and grow their capabilities through working on projects.
Having a clear vision about the future can be a good quality as a governor, this is
more about preventing floods before it happens. For example, replacing a bridge that
is being reached by the river water during rainy days with a taller and more durable.
