THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the ‘Bolted assembly of Gantry-2 on Monorails (133-HMB-901A & 133-HMB-901B) have been
load tested and found to be in compliance with the requirements of DNV GL ST-0378, Offshore and platform lifting
appliances. Gantry-2 assembly is load tested[1] at Tank-1 N7 (133-P-001C) location on GBS-1.

The calibration status and adequacy of the test measurements devices used have been satisfactorily verified.

Description of material:
LNG Pump installation System (Quantity: 01)
Gantry Frame-1 + Tension Load cell (for verifications).

Inspection and test carried out:

-Load Test:
Gross Functional Load = 8.72 T [1]
Load Test = 8.72*1.25 = 10.9T

- Visual checks are all acceptable.
