1. Short title

ናቸው፡፡ suppliers.
5) “የሀገር ውስጥ የኮንስትራክሽን ዴርጅቶች“ ማሇት 5) "Domestic Construction Companies"
በአገር ውስጥ ሇኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች እና/ወይም means a construction company registered
አገሌግልቶች ኢትዮጵያ ሕግ መሠረት የተመዘገበ in accordance with the law of the country

6) “መሪ ዴርጅት” ማሇት፡- የኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች 6) “Leading company” means the

1) በአገር ውስጥ የሚገኙ በተሇያየ ዯረጃ ተመዝግበው has the following objectives:

2) በአገር ውስጥ የሚገኙ የኮንስትራክሽን ኩባንያዎች
ከውጭ አገር ከሚመጡ የኮንስትራክሽን 2) Create conditions for local construction

When the Joint Venture is formed, it must

7. የጋራ ማኅበሩ የሚሳተፍባቸው የሥራ መስኮች 7. Fields of Participation of Joint Venture

የጋራ ማኅበሩ በሚከተለት የሥራ መስኮች ሊይ The joint venture may participate in the

3) የአገር ውስጥ ወይም የውጭ አገር የኮንስትራክሽን
ኩባንያዎች በዓይነት የሚያዯርጉት መዋጮ በሕጋዊ

11. Certificate Renewal

The certificate may be renewed for an
