CAMARADERIE SPORTS: AY-AYAM

INTRODUCTION

The 2022 Camaraderie Sports: Ay-ayam pledges to promote public and youth development,
growth and well-being. This is a week-long event comprised of various activities designed to
assess youth capability in various areas. These areas are as follows:
Physical – which test one’s capability of strength and power;
Social – which tests one’s capability of socializing and interpersonal relationships;
Mental and Psychological – which tests one’s ability to adapt to a situation and think quickly of
solutions

PURPOSE or RATIONALE

As it is a jam-packed activity under one event, this is also to set new trends in the execution of
SK Projects. It is also related to the fact that summer is the only time of year when young
people can enjoy themselves without the stress of homework, projects, exams, and other
similar activities. This event will enrich their vacation by providing them with worthwhile and
fruitful activities.

Moreover, the youth will improve their physical, social, mental, and cultural capabilities as a
result of the challenges and activities that will be held. This is also a good time to disconnect
from addictive computer games, Facebook, text messaging, and over-attachment to others who
share your interests. This will make them realize that reverting to old habits is more
pleasurable. This also aims to unite Abatan’s youth and foster a spirit of connection, friendship,
and discipline.

As the saying goes, no man is an island to himself. This will teach them that working as a group
is preferable to working alone. They will quickly realize that everyone has value and that
nothing is made for nothing. This will demonstrate the perspective of wholeness and oneness to
them. We will remove the barriers of separation and indifference among the youth and instead
unite them as one.

This will broaden their understanding of sportsmanship and hard work. They will quickly realize
that things come and go as they may, but the sweetest accomplishments are earned through
hard work.

When this occurs, I can confidently state that this project will be a huge success for us.

PROJECT DESCIPTION

This activity will begin on April 11, 2022 (Sunday) with an opening program, followed by group
song, yell, and skit presentations. And will conclude on Sunday, April 18, 2022 with a closing
program, mass, recognition, and a party.

The SK of will be the primary organizers of this activity, which will last one week. Several
committees will be in place throughout the event.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Athletic Event

MENTAL ACTIVITIES

Pinoy Henyo – guessing game answerable by yes, no or maybe

Quiz bee Board – representatives in each team will race to the board to answer specific
question.

Matira Matibay – typical quiz bee wherein they will answer set of questions.
Member/Representative without mistake will won the game.

We plan to make Abatan the main battlefield/battleground of the event. We will use the
following locations to highlight or provide specifications: Abatan Elementary School and San
Isidro School of Abatan, Inc.

GENERAL MECHANICS

This 2022 Camaraderie Sports: Ay-ayam is open to all youth and children aged 7 to 20. The
winner of this event will receive a cash prize as well as the title Hari ng Laban.
