I am an energetic and creative professional having 28 years of diversified experience in
the field of Site Planning, Construction and Project Management with NGOs, INGOs and
UN. I have worked on Solid Waste Disposal, Water and Sanitation, Rural Development
projects. I have also been involved in the relief and rehabilitation efforts of the
international community (after Pakistan’s Earth quake of 8th October,2005).I have
worked on Power Generation Project as well as on the construction of Schools, Hospitals
and other Buildings as per NES PAK/ERRA’s approved drawings and Design. I also
worked with UNHCR Pakistan as Senior Field Associate (Engineer) and Infrastructure
Officer. I have also worked (Four years Oct, 2013 to Dec, 2017) with UNHCR as
Physical Site Planner/Shelter Expert. My detailed work experience is as under:

Main Responsibilities Include:
1. Preparation of tendered bids as per the requirements of the clients.
2. Submission of bids with different clients.
3. Manage correspondence with clients and consultants.
4. Supervise execution of construction projects in Disctrict Kohistan, Mansehra,
Abbottabad, Haripur etc.
5. Preparation of Bills of executed works and submission of the same to the
consultant/client.
6. Attend meetings with consultants and clients before, during and after
completion of different road and building projects.
1. Assess and confirm feasibility of setting up camps for refugees in accordance with
international recognised criteria of accessibility, security, water resources and
type of terrain. Assess potential expansion of existing camps/site as needed.
2. Work in close coordination with relevant government counterpart and host
communities to ensure that technical factors related to natural resources, local law
issues, protection of environment, land property issues and local communities
land use are included in any assessment.
3. Develop implementation modalities, including construction of communal
infrastructures, taking into account overall needs of target groups, their cultural
preferences and concerns of the local communities.
4. Work in close collaboration with implementing and partners operational in each
site/camp to facilitate achievement of international standards.
5. Develop adequate tools for monitoring technical activities and provide regular
monitoring and evaluation of implementation of shelter projects, including
assessment of contracting procedures.
6. Provide technical guidance to partners including establishment of adequate
strategy for care and maintenance of the transit centres/camps and their associated
infrastructure.
7. Provide regular technical reports, including specific progress reports on status of
the implementation.
8. Assist sub office with technical support in the preparation of Drawings, Designs,
BOQs and cost estimates of different infrastructure projects.
