Acknowledging that the platform is not free because you are not just investing monetary but
also your time in it, we are proposing some partnership options for your benefit and the
cooperative without prejudicing your investment and our present fund which is very limited
for now.

Here follows are the options:

OPTION 1

1% royalty on the Gross Sales of the platform.

OPTION 2

The amount of the platform is your investment share to the cooperative that will earn a
dividend with some consideration:

1. It should not exceed the 10% of the approved authorised share capital of the
cooperative to avoid regulatory violation.
2. The excess can be a form of time deposit that will earn interest a month. That the
interest is withdrawable every month.
3. That the deposit can be withdrawn lump sum based on the liquidity of the cooperative
or such time the cooperative has enough funds and resources.
