Question 1: How did you start your business?

They started their business with a small sari-sari store and the profit they gained from it was
used as an investment to another business which is Lugaw. The sari sari store has a small
empty space that can be used, so that’s where they put the Lugaw business which is
operated by both of them. Ms. Riana’s father was the one who proposed the business and
later on he was the cook for it with his own recipe. Ms. Riana continued to run the business
for 2 years but unfortunately, road widening happened so they need to relocate their
business. They found a place near their old place to use as the new place for the Lugaw
business only and it became their only focused business until now
