6. Take off pinch rollers 4, 5, and 6 from the exposure feed unit.
7. Remove the four set screws on the feed base assembly (photo 3), and turn over the
feed base assembly (photo 4). (When doing this, be careful not to damage sensor
cable
plugged into the assembly.)
8. Loosen the two set screws holding sensor S7 (entrance sensor) on the sensor bracket,
and push the sensor bracket as much to the sub-drive side as possible.
Note: The scope for adjustment is afforded only by the play (± 0.3 mm) in the sensor
bracket screw hole.
9. Restore the printer to the former Set screws
condition (ready for printing) in
the reverse order of the steps
described above. Exposure

10. Turn on the printer breaker.
