Programme Introduction
Operations management is the key function of every business as it
encompasses all the activities involved in transformation of inputs into value
added outputs. Operations Management professionals are always in high
demand due to playing important role in achieving improved productivity,
high quality, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage in today’s global
scenario. The Short Duration Programme on Proficiency Certificate in
Operations Management will provide the basic understanding of
operations in manufacturing and service organizations. It will also enable
professionals to visualize and integrate operations across the supply chain
to ensure timely and economic delivery of value to the customers.

Eligibility Criteria:
A: Students in the final semester of PGDM/ PGDM-Executive/ PGCM at IMT CDL
B: Alumni of IMT CDL
C: PGDM/ MBA from any other Institute
D: Any Graduate and above from any other Institute
Duration: Six months
Programme Validity: One Year from the date of enrollment

Mode of Delivery:
Elementary Course: Recorded Sessions
Specialization Courses: Blended mode of Learning (Live and Recorded Sessions)

Resources: All resources will be provided in digital form.

Assessment:
Participant must take the assignment of all courses in one go within fifteen days,
on the completion of sessions.
Assignment will consist of 30 questions of one mark each. To qualify assignment
the student has to score 40% i.e. 12 marks out of 30.
Programme fee and payment schedule:
• Programme Fee (inclusive of GST): INR 27,500*.
• At the time of Registration: 10% of the total fee (inclusive of GST)
• At the time of Enrolment: Balance 90% fee (inclusive of GST)

Certificate: Printed certificate will be awarded by IMT CDL

On successful completion, the participant will be awarded

Category 1:
Certificate of Completion.

If a participant exits without qualifying the assessment, s/he will be

Category 2:
awarded Certificate of Participation.

Note: If a participant exits without qualifying the assessment and having less
than 50% attendance in the live sessions, no certificate will be given.

*No refund allowed after one week of enrolment.
