Dear Sirs,

Here are few informations regarding the transportation of the freight.

In accordance with our arrangement with Ministry of Traffic and Communication, Serbian customs
management and Ministry of Internal affairs (police), you will have complete help and priority.
Drivers with ATA carnet are asked to show ATA to the customs officer. One with TIR carnet will do the
customs procedure for temporary import per 1 month at the border, as well as in Belgrade. The same
procedure will be repeated on their way back. Please pay attention that drivers with TIR carnet are
obligated to use the same border crossing on the way back!

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH FOLLOWING INFORMATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:

1) date and time and place of loading and unloading
2) border crossing in Serbia, approximate date and time of arrival at the border
3) registration plates of the truck and the trailer (if)
4) driver’s name, passport number, cell phone number
5) please, send us all available contacts of your freight forwarder company

Please pay attention to the traffic restrictions through some European countries during the weekend
days for the big trucks.

Mr. Lazovic and his crew are at your disposal for 24 hours. The plan is that they will meet the track near
Belgrade and will proceed it to the customs terminal ( if needed), theatre for unloading as well as to the
parking place which is free of charge and well secured.
