Review: Simplifying Fractiosn – reducing a fraction to its lowest form. A fraction is in its simplest form if its
numerator and denominator are co-prime or have no common factor except 1.
Example: 8/12=2/3

One way to simplify fraction is to divide the number by any of the first number in 2, 3, 4, … that is divisible by
it.

Example: 1. 8/12=4/6=23

3. 24/1000

Discussion:
To covert a decimal to a fraction, place the decimal number over its place vaue.
