 Operation Specification

ⅠPanel instruction

Ⅱ Circuit protect

This unit adopts PLC and HMI., which can show all working parameters. When

the unit is in fault, the HMI will display the reasons.

1. The water pump signal is interlinking edited in PLC, when the pump stops, the

compressor will not work.

2. QF is for overload and short circuit protect, when the short circuit or the

overload occurs, the power will be cut off.

3. OW is for the oil level protection of the compressor,when the oil level of the

compressor is lower than assess value, the compressor will stop. And the fault lamp of

the PLC will be on, the HMI will show this as well.

4. OP is for the difference of oil pressure protection,when the difference of oil

pressure is higher than assess value, the compressor will stop. And the fault lamp of

the PLC will be on, the HMI will show this as well.

5. SP is for the pressure protect. When the pressure of the system is too high or

too low, the compressor will stop. And the fault lamp of the PLC will on, the

HMI will show this as well.

6. SA is the alarm-stop switch, when the emergency happens, press the button or

not, the unit will stop.

7. 1ST is the intelligence protector, it includes the voltage protection, exhaust and

over temperature protection, when the faults happen, the light on PLC will be on.

9. Unit allocates Electrical Source Protection Relay use for special purpose.

 Attention: when the compressor stop for above reasons, we should smooth

away them. And reset the protectors. Press the buttons in the HMI. When the

fault is recovery, power on the machine after 10 minutes again.

Ⅲ Start-up prepare

1. Check the inline , only when the run lamp in the voltage detector is on , the

system is right, and the voltage is in normal.

2. Check the inputs and the corresponding lights in PLC are all on .

3. Check the line and when they are loosen, tighten them.

4. Check the stop switch is off.

5. Check the connecting cable between the HMI and the PLC

6. Power on for six 6 hours before the compressor works

Ⅳ Operation

This unit adopt the HMI, all of the work can be done according to the infer in

the HMI.

1. When the power on, make a choice of the control ways

1.1 Manual control

Only the professional is allowed , the user should not use it

1.2 Automatic control

Preset the temperature in the HMI, open the switch, the unit will run automatic

1. When the power on, the main menu will first display, as figure 1 shows.

Press the button of”ENGLISH”,it will enter introduction.As figure 2 shows.

When the unit has faults, the HMI will show the reasons, press the button of

ALARM, and the screen will be back to the screen, and the reason will be shown in

Alarms Such as the pressure in compressor 1 is beyond the limits. At that time, we

should at first stop the compressor, smooth away the fault, after 10 minutes, press the

reset button, when there is no fault, return to the main menu screen, then operate

according to the normal program.

2.2 Press UNIT STATE button, the screen will show as figure 4, the working time of

every compressor will be displayed, and the user may determine whether the

compressors need maintenance.

3.1 The user can choose autocontrol button based on the reference。

3.2 When the screen is in automatic working screen, as figure 8 shows .

Press the ON button once, the unit will work, and the screen will show as

OFF and tell you what will do next. If you want to power off , please press the OFF

again.
