Graduation Declaration given by Candidate

• I have cleared first year and second year of my graduation with or more than 50%
aggregate marks.

• I don’t have any subject in any of the semesters pending (ATKT).

• I have given my final year graduation exams. No evaluation is pending on my

behalf for the final year exams & only the results are awaited.

• I understand no leave will be provided to me during the training.

• I understand my appointment and continuation in employment are subject to

successful completion of my graduation and submission of certificate and mark
sheet to the ICICI Bank.

• I agree to submit photocopy of my graduation pass mark sheet to the ICICI Bank
. Failing to do the same my employment, offer letter, invitation letter will be
cancelled, and I will not be having any claim to make to ICICI Bank or Timespro
Learning Center – Kolkata.

• I understand no refund of the course fees paid will be done at any point, where I
fail to complete the training programme or intend to discontinue services of ICICI
Bank for any reason whatsoever or if I fail in my final graduation examination.
