MEMORANDUM

FOR : Acting Director, PNPA

SUBJECT : Reflection Paper re: Turn-over of Office of the Director, PNPA

DATE : August 19, 2022

1. Reference: Verbal Instruction from Acting Director, PNPA dated July 27,
2022.

2. The cadet internalized from the Assumption Speech of the Director, PNPA,
PBGEN ERIC ESCOSIO NOBLE, the true essence of obeying the laws,
rules and regulations inside the academy.

3. In general, Police Brigadier General Noble wanted to emphasize how

actions may crashed the future of each cadet whenever the strictly
prohibited activities and practices might done inside the academy in
particular to HAZING. The cadet indeed recognized and appreciated the
concern showcased by himself for the sake of developing the good
character of the cadets preventing them from the journey without violence
nor criminal offense.

4. On the other hand, the cadet admired the content of the presented speech
when it appears the huge impact of the parent’s presence and support from
the involved family member undergoing cadetship program. It is indeed an
effective solution to the problem and somehow a bridge to achieve success
and convenient life to them.

5. As a cadet, the content of the Assumption Speech provides broad knowledge

to help everyone to graduate and successfully have the shoulder board and
badge to their uniforms. If ever each cadets will apply the given guidelines, it
is possible to have the smooth travel to graduation or the “YES to HAPPY
ENDING!”. The cadet instilled the bad impact of involving to the said
violence, yet it is more productive if the relationship together with other
cadets as an upperclassman is good with kindness and concern and the
absence of Hazing may build a better and long lasting love and brotherhood.

6. Lastly, the cadet believed that the PNPA itself by the help of the new Director
and the entire command group will overcome to this particular issue and
also other existed unwritten traditions that affects the cadetship of everyone.
To include the supportive parents and some related organizations, it can
stop this soon and prevent to pass to another generation.
