RESOLUTION NO. 08
SERIES OF 2022

RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE NEW

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF QUEEN’S ROW WEST –
HIROKI EUSEBIO NOZAWA

WHEREAS, by the power vested in the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman by the Republic Act
No. 7160 (otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991) Section 394/395, the former
is given the authority to appoint or choose whoever will be best suitable as SK Secretary.

WHEREAS, last July 1, 2022, the former SK Secretary – Christian Rae F. Licardo has
irrevocably resigned as the SK Secretary of Queen’s Row West due to his concentration as a
working student while pursuing his college degree at Rizal Technological University in
Mandaluyong City.

WHEREAS, to exercise the said authority, SK Chairman of Queen’s Row West is hereby
appointing HIROKI EUSEBIO NOZAWA as the new SK SECRETARY OF QUEEN’S
ROW WEST, unless such appointment will be withdrawn by the SK Chairman of Queen’s Row
West.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Perly Rosh S. Carisma, unanimously
seconded:

RESOLVED, to confirm the appointment issued by the SK Chairperson in favor of HIROKI

EUSEBIO NOZAWA as SK SECRETARY OF QUEEN’S ROW WEST.
RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this resolution be furnished former SK Secretary
Christian Rae F. Licardo at his postal address in Liy Street, Queens Row West, Bacoor City,
Cavite, and be furnished to PB Jaime P. Abug, Office of the Liga ng Mga Barangay, DILG-
Bacoor and Office of the City Mayor of Local Government of Bacoor, for their information.

APPROVED, This 22nd day of July 2022 at the Barangay Hall of Queens Row West, City of
Bacoor, Province of Cavite.
