Approach to Job:

First we will create few designs options for your approval, so you can select the best option. We
really like the pond5.com website, will create one of the design option similar to that design! A
new creative design of home page and inner pages that depicts not only the concept of site
but as well as easy to use and a very user friendly site. Once the design phase is completed, we
will start working on the frontend, Which will cover the transformation of the designs into web
pages, Slice the final Photoshop mock-up, and write the HTML and CSS code for the basic
design. Interactive elements and jQuery come later: for now, just get the visuals together on
screen, and be sure to validate all of the code before moving on. Upon completion of the
frontend, We will make sure that the website is compatible with all the latest browser and smart
devices, The final phase will be the development that covers all the functionality and database
integration. Development involves the bulk of the programming work, as well as loading

CLIENT NAME team is responsible for making a 60 % upfront payment and any additional
payments for changes requested that extend beyond the original scope of the project, as
detailed. CLIENT NAME and Broonzeclick will communicate directly about any changes that
affect the cost.

Source Code :
Source code will be a property of CLIENT NAME . Broonzeclick will provide the complete source
code at the end of the project, once all the payments are cleared. And Broonzeclick will not
utilize the same code in any of the further projects.

Website maintenance:

Broonzeclick will sign SLA (Service level agreement) for the maintenance later if required, initially
first month maintenance will be handled in the same quote.

This includes website bugs and error fixes, maintaining security of the website.

Any additional custom requirement or functionality will not be covered in the maintenance fee.

Payment Terms:

 Total cost: 20000$

 Upfront: 12000$
 Milestone 1 (1st month)– Design : 2000$
 Milestone 2 (2nd month)– Front End : 2000$
 Milestone 3(3rd month) – Development Phase 1 : 2000$
 Milestone 4 (4th month) Completion of the development and testing
 If there is any delay from the client’s end and the website is not completed in
the estimated time period then the last payment of 2000$ will be still paid to
Bronzeclick on 150th day of the project.

The above timeline is highly depends on the feedback from CLIENT NAME team that
makes the development process faster.
