 Jonathan Yhome

Jonathan Yhome is a Naga singer-songwriter. Yhome started

his musical career after he first joined the Nagaland
Conservatory of Music in 2013. His song titled ‘Something
New’ was featured in the 2017 film Nana: A Tale of Us.
 Methaneilie Solo

Methaneilie Solo, better known by his stage name Methaneilie

Jütakhrie, is a Naga singer and composer who became
successful in Nagaland as a musician in the 1980s and 1990s.
 Mengu Suokhrie

Menguse-ü Suokhrie, better known by her stage name Mengu

Suokhrie, is a Naga singer-songwriter and actress. She came
into prominence with her debut album Love Is All We Need. She
is also well known in Nagaland for starring in the 2017 film Nana:
A Tale of Us which was a commercial success in the state.
 Macnivil

Martin Longkümer, known professionally as Macnivil is a Naga

rapper and songwriter. He is considered as one of the pioneers of
the Nagamese Hip hop scene in Nagaland. He further gained
success after the release of his album Ura Uvie.
 Rewben Mashangva

Rewben Mashangva, also Guru Rewben Mashangva, is

a folk musician and singer from Manipur,India.He is known for
reviving musical tradition of the Tangkhul Naga of Manipur, and
use of traditional musical instruments in his songs. He has
created many Naga tribal folk songs based on blues and ballad rhythms.
He is known by different names like, Bob Dylan of the Nagas and King of
Naga folk blues, Father of Naga folk blues. He received the National Tribal
Award 2011-12, for his contribution to the development of tribal music from
the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.
 Tetseo Sisters

Tetseo Sisters are a quartet of sisters from Nagaland, a state

in North-East India. They are devoted to the art and tradition of
the vocal folk music of the state and have been performing on
stage since they were children.
