Rental Agreement

1. Parties, Leased Property, Term and Payment

This Agreement is made by and between:

The Landlord hereby agrees to lease the Property located in:

2. Use of Property
The Tenant shall use the Property only for business purposes. During the term of this
Agreement, the Tenant shall act all times with care and prudence to prevent damage to
the Property.
3. Utilities
The Tenant agrees to pay for the utilities and other services used in the Property during
the term of this Agreement.
4. Termination
This Agreement automatically expires at the end of the specified period above.
However, this Agreement shall be terminated with mutual written consent of the Parties
at any time.
