1. Coordinate with parents/home learning facilitators, stakeholders, agencies such as Rural

Health Units, Bureau of Fire Protection, Local Government Units and others regarding
referrals and concerns of the school.
2. Coordinate with concern agencies if there are cases that need immediate and appropriate
action.
3. Coordinate with the Barangay Health and Emergency Response Team (BHERT) for
immediate and appropriate emergency assistance.
