ENERGY
In physics, energy is the ability to do work. Energy exists in potential, kinetic, thermal,
electric, nuclear, chemical and other various forms. All forms of energy are associated with
motion, for example, any given body has kinetic energy if in motion. Energy can neither be
created nor destroyed but only change in different forms.

Any is used in many everyday activities such as cooking food/heating water, washing
clothes, watching television etc
