Arise Chicago
The cleanliness of the Arise Chicago working space is the first priority. Since
maintaining a clean work center gives out a positive image to the public, cleaning duties may be
divided up between employees on a regular basis. ACWC should also remember the importance
of timekeeping, since it is often the case that a productive work center is also well-managed. In
order to make effective use of their time, people need to prioritize the items on their to-do lists
based on two criteria: the frequency with which each activity has to be completed, and, ideally,
the urgency with which each item needs to be completed. For effective management of ACWC
resources, there must be a chairman and vice chairman and at least 6 board members who can
help the center achieve its set goals of making sure that there is equality at workplaces.
The chairman will be responsible for coordinating the important meetings and
overseeing the activities of the center. In absence of the chairman, the vice chairman will take
over his or her roles at the center. The community at large will also be allowed to take part in the
center by simply letting them give their views on how equality at working places can be
achieved. Besides, the community will also help the center to reach out to as many working
places as possible by encouraging people to exercise equality in their places of work. The
community will also be given a chance to let people from the society give their experiences
based on inequality that exist in workplaces and see how the center can help the victims work
freely.
The coalition have to make sure they make the most of the time that is accessible to them
in order to reach out to the maximum number of individuals who are now enduring extreme
destitution. Sharing of tasks among the staff members at the Chicago coalition need to also be

adhered to in order to guarantee that each and every afflicted individual is cared to in the most
effective manner that is feasible. It is essential that resources obtained via public financing be
used in an efficient manner in order to make sure that the coalition is able to function without
any hiccups. In relation to the board of directors, a chair and vice chair, in addition to the other
The chair will be responsible for ensuring that the coalition operates exactly as planned
and also for ensuring that the resources contributed by the public are used in an efficient manner.
The chair and the vice chair of the board will have assistance from the other six members of the
board in making decisions and formulating policies that are pertinent to the operation of the
coalition. The community will be allowed to participate in the coalition in several ways that is
funding the coalition, giving their views on what need to be improved and done. The community
will also help the coalition to identify those living in extreme poverty. Again, the community
with the help of the coalition will try to negotiate with the government for intervention to see
whether the government can make sure that those people get access to education, care, and
security.
Advocates for adolescent moms should arrange themselves in such a manner that they
pick young mothers regardless of where they originate from, their gender, ethnicity, background,
or race. This should also apply to the selection of young mothers who get pregnant. As a method
of reducing the prevalence of poverty among teenage mothers, they need to make the most of the
time they have by reaching out to as many young mothers as is humanly feasible. They need to
make sure that they divide up the responsibilities equally among themselves so that each and
every young mother who is selected for the program receives the attention and care that they

deserve as a means of making their future lives better and thereby reducing the likelihood of
Advocacy work on behalf of young moms should be overseen by a chairperson and vice
chair to ensure efficient use of available resources and the making of well-informed choices
about the empowerment program. The board must have a minimum of six members in order to
effectively administer the empowerment program, make decisions, and develop policies. These
board members must also assist the chair and vice chair in the formulation of board policies. The
community can be given the opportunity to participate by merely being given the task of
assisting in the identification of those young mothers in the society who are living in extreme
poverty. The community can also be given the opportunity to give their opinions regarding the
operations of advocate for adolescent mothers on what needs to be done or improved for the
success of the program as well as for the wellbeing of the young mothers.
