The conduct of in- person classes pursuant to the Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 34 s. 2022 shall commence on November 2, 2022. In adherence to the said directive, schools are strongly advised to ascertain its readiness and smooth transition to five day face-to-face classes. 2. With the foregoing, there will be school monitoring on November 2-4, 2022 to assess milestones, gaps and challenges that may support in the provision of technical assistance. 3. Attached to this memorandum are the composition of the monitoring teams and monitoring and evaluation tool for ready reference. 4. Travelling and other incidental expenses that shall be incurred in this activity shall be charged against Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting auditing rules and regulations. 5. In participating in the different Deped Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), the Equal Opportunities Principle (EOP) and strict safety and health protocols shall be observed at all times. 6.
