Activity No. 4 - Sales and Marketing Department

The hotel products and services are deemed to be both a necessity and luxury to the guests. It is
essential that the hotel sales and marketing team must come up with a string promotion that they can
utilize to create strategic sales for the business. If you were a marketing office of a five-star hotel, how
would you promote the hotels products and services?

Directions:
1. The students will create a poster to attract their prospective guest and to promote a hotel
products and services.
2. The size of the poster is 42 x 59.4 cm.
3. Apply one hotel sales promotion technique in the said poster.
4. Explain the hotel sales promotion techniques that you used.

CONCLUSION:
The long stay promotion is the method I used to increase hotel sales because it gives business travelers a
flexible lodging option with a variety of benefits, comfort, and convenience, as well as extra space and
flexibility to lead more of a normal lifestyle on the weekends and evenings, which is especially beneficial
for families. There are also no leases to sign and all utility bills are already paid.
