On 10/10 /2022 at medical department room number (1), bed number (3),
there is a patient named Shaimaa Ahmed Abd el razek, 45years, Muslim,
entered hospital on 9/10 /2022 with hospital number 47890, complain of
chronic abdominal pain. At admission time doctor took vital signs of
temperature (37.2) and BP (120/70), pt is able to serve himself. Nurse
inserted a peripheral cannula (blue color) at left arm, doctor ordered to do
lab investigation (Hgb, PT, PTT, KFT, LFT and ESR ) on admission date
and results arrived on the same day with normal range. The patient drink
large cup of juice and small cup of water and went to bathroom once at
