I. Introduction:
When you group notes and rests, you create a rhythmic pattern.
These rhythmic patterns determine the movement and flow of music.
Rhythmic patterns form measures.

II. Objective: At the end of this module, pupils are expected to:

V. Generalization:
- Rhythmic patterns are made up of combination of notes
and rests
which is based on the given time signature.
- It also refers to the even or uneven combination of the
duration of sounds.
- Even rhythmic pattern shows a steady beat.
- Uneven rhythmic pattern is sounded if there is a
combination of long and short sound using different kinds
of notes.

We use cartoons to show them how things function in real life, it


explains the more about feelings and relationships in a way we can
understand. It also shows how to deal with certain situations and people.

different values before, during, and after the game.

IV. Let’s Study/ Discussions


School health services refer to services rendered to pupils,
teachers and other school personnel to protect and maintain their
health, as well as prevent and control diseases.

Community health services provide preventive and health


measure services.

In the community, often with partners from local government and


the third sector, they encourage, support and empower residents to be
healthy, build capacity for self-sufficiency and improve the health and
well-being of the community.

Below are some of the health services offered in the school and
in the community.

SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES

1. Deworming – it is an annual or bi-annual public health


intervention
 for all young children to avoid intestinal parasites. It
is also called preventive chemotherapy.
2. Mental and Health Counseling – helps patients achieve
emotional wellness.

3. Nutritional Counseling – helps patients identify the various
health needs in regard to diet and exercise.
4. Vaccination– is the administration of antigenic material (a
vaccine) to stimulate an individual’s immune system to develop
adaptive immunity to a pathogen.
5. Dental Health Care – is a general term that refers to the overall
health status of your mouth.

COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES


1. Vaccination Control – this health service refers to the
administration of vaccine to help boost the immune system and is

 also provided in school.
2. Pediatric Care – involves medical care rendered by medical
professionals to children.
3. Dental Health Care - a health service provided in the community
and in school to check the over-all status of the teeth 
 and gums
in the mouth.
4. Maternity Care – is a health service provided to women during
their pregnancy and childbirth. 

5. Prevention of Communicable Disease– a health service
provided to prevent the occurrence 
 of disease and transmission
after the disease has occurred.

6. Family Health Service – a health service that strives to improve


the health of our community by providing primary 
 care services to
individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds.

7. Care for the Senior Citizens and PWDs – refers to health care
provided to senior citizen and PWDs to help 
 them stay strong and
healthy.
