Setting the Pressure Indication to Zero

using the Pfister Handheld PHT

this presentation is a standard procedure to set the pressure compensation
to zero without carrying out a complete calibration
the shown steps are examples only and may vary for each individual plant
if the prehopper is depressurized and the indication of the
pressure influence is not exactly on zero
here is how to zero the indication without carrying out
a complete new calibration
the load cell of the pressure compensation is located
on top of the prehopper
to set the pressure compensation to zero
the following preconditions are required

> pressure in the system must be zero

> equipment is not running

> blower must be shut off

> equipment is in local mode

 Pfister Handheld PHT

PHT = Pfister Handheld Terminal

 link the PHT to the CSC controller or to the LCB

PHT connection at the

PHT connection at the

LCB = Local Control Box
