time and work more flexible. Tools such as Skype, laptops and smartphones
are compatible with theorganization's and constantly communicate with
customers and suppliers. Nowadays, staff is evaluated by results and quality,
taking schedules and rigidity in arrival times to a secondlevel. Of course, for this
you have to be punctual with delivery times, as one comes hand inhand with
the other. Among the main advantages is that you can be a little more relaxed
inthe morning routine before work, have lunch at home or simply have lunch at
any time of the day.

The work environment is an idea determined by many different variables.


Enhancing a good work environment and optimizing it means being able to take
an active position, on the part of company managers, to improve the company's
efficiency and productivity.
 One of the most important is to make my employees feel listened to:
Listening does not only mean hearing, but paying attention and assimilating
what is heard. It is very important not to get distracted in the conversation
with a collaborator, evenleaving aside what we are doing if necessary.

 To foster healthy competition it is very important that the "competition" is


guided by honesty, respect and non-rivalry. The rules of the game and the
objectives must be very clear at all times.Recognition of achievements
implies greater motivation, both for the winner and for the other workers.

 Create an environment of trust among employees: The Human Resources


department can set up individual meetings among. The Human Resources

employees, in addition to providing an agenda for these feedback meetings,
so that they can discuss everything important, such as the continuous
progress made in these meetings.

Within an organization, the policies are an administrative orientation for the
workers, in addition these will be implemented in order that the work is
developed in the best way and the objectives that have been drawn up in
advance are reached. Just as every organization is different from one another,
so are its policies. These will be based on the philosophy and needs of each
company as such.

For this SPORT FASHION will create the following types of policies: 1.
determine where to recruit staff (inside or outside the organization), how and
under what conditions to recruit them. 2. establish the criteria by which the
personnel needed will be selected and their quality standards in terms of both
physical and intellectual aptitudes, as well as experience and developmental
capacity, taking into account the total number of positions that exist within the
organization. 3. will also define the criteria for planning, distribution and internal
transfer of personnel, to define the career plan of each individual which will
allow him to have new future possibilities to grow within the company. 4.
analyze the quality of the staff, through performance evaluation, determining
how the work is being done and its real efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Hygiene
and safety are also very important factors, since it must be promoted because
there are favorable physical and environmental conditions to carry out any work
within the organization. SPORT FASHION promote job and personal growth,
organizational values, well-being and labor standards. SPORT FASHION will
promote good relations, good treatment and tolerance among employees
through the implementation of occupational health programs. - Use meetings to
