essentially about providing changing benefits to the changing needs and
demands of the customer”.
 Dell computers are durable machines, attractive prices compared to
performance, suitable for a consumer's pocket, and processors with fast
speeds on quality products. The laptops are customized according to the
needs of the customer. The system can be easily upgraded; it features an
optimized design. Not so hot, good battery life. Stable configuration,
diverse features, and good product quality. Factors such as durability,
healthy running, and the battery life of Dell laptops determine what users
need to know about Dell laptops. That is the biggest and most famous
advantage associated with the Dell brand.
 Dell provides a wide variety of both business class and home/consumer
class products and services.
 Dell designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and supports a wide range
of products that in many cases are customized to individual customer
requirements.
Price:
 Dell has set different sets of prices based on the consumer segment it is
targeting which includes consumer segment and business segment. The
pricing also varies based on the hardware chosen and the operating
system version selected.

 The main objective of Dell is to produce low-price and profitable laptops for
the customers. For the above reason, Dell’s product pricing reflects the
affordability of the local consumers.
 Because Dell products are so customizable, the price is largely dependent
on the options and services added to the product.
 Dell is undercutting competitors in price to rapidly gain market share.
Place:
 Dell products are sold through its website, E-commerce sites such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shoppe, Lazada, and also in retail stores.
Apart from online, Dell also has stores and shops. There are various
showrooms, dealers, and distributor outlets across the world.
 Dell thrives in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City alone has 19 authorized Dell
dealers in Vietnam, excluding retailers. Dell Technologies Vietnam has just
announced that revenue from orders has grown by 60% in the fiscal year
2022.
Promotion:
 Dell markets its products primarily by advertising on television and the
Internet, advertising in a variety of print media, and mailing or emailing a
broad range of direct marketing publications, such as promotional
materials, catalogs, and customer newsletters
  Dell used the slogan “Yours is here” which that indicates customers can
customize their products. Dell also hosted conferences such as Dell World
which featured new technology and services of Dell.
