Due to the increasing number of internet users along with the emergence of an
increased trend of online shopping, specifically in recent years due to the outbreak of
the covid epidemic, people at home have a lot of high demand for basic necessities,

Question 1: Among so many "hot" professions, why did you choose the hard-
working delivery job? Can you share the opportunity that made you attached to this
job?

→ Before creating Fast Delivery, I worked for a mobile company. My job is to be in


charge of parts in the supply chain of enterprises (DN), such as transportation,
purchasing, inventory, warehousing, distribution for more than 200 supermarkets,
agents ... And I know that the market will explode rapidly in the near future. , then I
realized that businesses will have a great demand for transportation services

Question 2: During the epidemic, it is known that the shipping industry is almost
frozen, so can you share about the solution of fast delivery to limit damage?

→ As a transportation service provider and determined to help people throughout the


epidemic area, GHN has developed standards and plans to continue to operate the system
efficiently and safely.
With the demand for door-to-door delivery for many years, GHN has applied the online form
very early. GHN did not face many difficulties with the requirement of adapting and
completely transforming our strategy during the epidemic season. Office workers are
arranged in shifts to work from home or the office in small groups.
Transport staff are continuously trained, comply with 100% of 5K regulations, do not gather
in large numbers during operation.

4.3. The warehouse operation is in the direction of automation. In the current 4.0
technology era, GHN has deployed an automatic goods sorting system. If in Hanoi
with an area of 4000 square meters but only one floor, with a maximum capacity of
30000 orders/hour, in Saigon GHN has put into operation a sorting warehouse with an
area of 3,000 square meters. This sorting warehouse is mostly automated, has a
maximum capacity of 40,000 orders/hour, and saves nearly a quarter of the labor - this
is the only warehouse with a 2-storey design.

3. Problems in the transportation of goods:
3.1. During the covid 19 pandemic:
There are places that will be delivered as usual and there are places that will
not be delivered. So there will be 2 situations:
Situation 1: GHN staff can update lockdown locations. Thereby, it can help
sellers save time and costs when knowing the consequences of goods not being
delivered to customers.
Situation 2: GHN staff can't update lockdown locations. When the delivery
staff arrives but cannot enter that area, there will be 2 solutions as follows:
 Solution 1: If the customer agrees to wait, the order will be
stored in the warehouse
 Solution 2: If the customer does not accept to wait, the order will
be returned to the seller.
3.2. GPS location service in Vietnam:
Determining the exact address based on GPS is still one of the difficult
problems that delivery workers are facing. This slows down employee deliveries and
wastes time and money on phone calls.

6. COMMENTS ( ĐÔNG )
6.1. Advantages

The company has many post offices nationwide with good service quality in order
collection and delivery to recipients. In addition, GHN also has many partners with
other e-commerce sites such as: Tiki, Lazada,,….

In addition, thanks to the policy of compensation for lost and damaged goods: GHN's
support department is very enthusiastic to help customers when the goods are faulty or
damaged. GHN service helps to look up goods easily, optimize costs, and manage
goods.

GHN Express: can deliver nationwide and free delivery.
GHN Fulfillment: handling goods, optimizing export - import - inventory needs.
Ahamove: delivery in 30p-4h in inner city areas.

6.2. Disadvantages

Shipping costs are quite high when delivering goods in the suburbs and when using
fast delivery service, the delivery price increases.

caused by traffic.

Viettel Post, etc. can also move abroad. It will be difficult to go after businesses if
GHN develops.
7. SOLUTION (PHƯƠNG ANH)

1. Consider the cost of delivery in the suburbs and when using an additional express
delivery service (promotions, discount codes for members, company birthdays,
seasonal discount codes of the year,...)

2. The seller should declare the correct weight of the order to avoid additional costs.

3. Cooperate with each other to reduce the surcharge when collecting on behalf of.

4. Streamline goods reasonably, find the most optimal routes to reduce time.

5. Apply technology, improve at the shortcomings of the GHN app.

6. Regarding the environment, we can apply "green" traffic measures.

7. Develop more in foreign markets to be able to join the trend of global integration.
