Wolkite University has many problems regarding to managing his

students. One of the problem in our campus is students dormitory
attendance taken every night from dorm to dorm. This is the issue that
make proctors complicated due to check which student is out of
university or inside university. Always proctors take attendance manually
from dorm to dorm and the students inside university not in dorm may go
to laboratory class or library at that time. Due to this it is difficult to
identify who is inside university and outside.

Now as information system graduate candidate student we trying to fix

this issue by developing intelligent system by the concept of Artificial
Intelligence, computer vision and machine learning. This proposed
system work by face recognition at the gate in two camera. The first
camera identify student who get out from university and the second
camera which recognize the student back to university then identify the
student that don’t back to university and take attendance. Also this
system notify administrator to take some action when student with excess
absence tracked and etc.

Wolkite university academy project is the system developed to serve

wolkite university community and external people through online
education and certification program. When we develop this system our
goal is to provide educational service to people who can’t take regular
education and the people who need additional knowledge in specified
area and this project have some future such as:-

 Registration and followup system.

 Manage courses.
 Provide video and other material supported education.
 Examination system.
 Approve student to certification.
