"Comix" by Alexander Khoklov- A

modern artwork with a stylish intent in
dimensions and texture. As this
artwork is done by a photographer,
the model is seen to be a 3D figure
that is try to be persuade as a 2D
figure, this shows how others try to
experiment in other ways of art not
enclosing it through painting and
canvas.

"A Filtered Shock"- Technology has

brought a lot of options to which can
be used in order to achieve a creative
idea or even an idea of itself. An
example of which is using a filter and
portray the simplest shock could
convince a lot that it could be drawn or
painted.

"Girl with a Pearl Earring" by Johannes

Vermeer- A classical painting in the
Dutch golden age. It shows a European
girl dressed in a "exotic clothing," a
"oriental turban," and earrings that
resemble what looks to be a very huge
pearl. A stunning example of style such
as Classicism with a hint of
romanticism

"Beauty Within a Selfie"- It must be a

rule in appropriating an art that some
classics must always be portrayed. The
simplest form complementing an art
whilst not disrespecting it is trying to
enact it whilst not discouraging the
essence of the art. Within the humor
of today's generation, this could be
one of the most available ways to
conceive art in modern take.

"Apo Whang-Od" by Jeremy Mendoza-

A portrait of a Filipino Figure to which
also represent the essence of art in the
form of craftsmanship within tattoos.
As her influence within the small tribe
she had become a part with up to now,
her recognition is given through the
simple painting style of classicism that
could represent her as a heroic figure
of culture.

"Sour Face"- Expression being

expressed nonetheless, the vision of
this appropriation is not more
represented in the figure being
modelled but the emotion it gave.
supposedly this artwork brings the
sensation of faces, emotions, and
feelings not only being of itself but also
a representing factor in art.

"Self Portait" by Victor Edades- A past

painting of Victor Edades applying
abstractionist integrity upon his
painting, one of the underrated
classics to which the painter had
become its artist as well to which
question the possibility of the painting
being drawn whilst the painter is
modelling for his own.

"Mukmok sa Kurso"- Thoughts of

Anxiety, regret, depression, and
sadness without making much of a
face is shown within this artwork. The
essence of how the figure is posed
could mean a lot in terms of its vibe or
action that we imagined. The
representing of posture changes the
tone when portrayed in an
environment we feel in.
