1. Introduction The
Regulatory Development Act 2562 (2019) (State Enterprise
Development Act), section 22, provides for a state enterprise
development plan with a period of five years in order to set goals,
policies and The direction of the development of state enterprises
in line with the policies of the Constitution of the Kingdom of

fields, at least taking into account the national fiscal discipline.
