PART I. INTRODUCTION
2. PROJECT OVERVIEW
Seggy City is a 2-Dimensional Board Game that aims to enlighten the public
regarding our society’s issue with improper waste segregation. According to our research
there are laws being implemented regarding waste disposal mainly RA 9003 or the
Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000. <continue briefly explaining your topic>.
In spirit of this, our company Seggyfied has conceptualized a board game that focus on
this topic to be able to make an impact to society especially the younger generation that
there is no right time but now to amplify this issue with the integration of materials that
are accessible and entertaining for our target users.
3. DESIGN OVERVIEW
Seggyfied has conceptualized of a marketing campaign that will have the same
look and theme all throughout platforms from web to social media pages to traditional
advertising collaterals. Our team has decided use mainly nature inspired colors that is
also considered analogous such as green, yellow and teal with red and blue as accent
colors; a representation of the usual colors of trash bins we see around. This color
scheme is going to be followed throughout all deliverables with interchanging primary and
secondary colors to give diversity to our advertising materials.
To be able to save time and effort our company has decided to produce these
collaterals in Photoshop and Microsoft products such as Powerpoint, Publisher and Word
for easy access. WIX, an online content management platform will also be used for the
production of our website. Our management will also be using online platforms like
Biteable for the short advertisement necessary for online marketing.

4. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Improper waste disposal is such an issue that we normally see these days
regardless of our location. It has been a staple problem existing within society that has
not been resolved unless collaboration between the public and local government unit’s
waste management council. Our team has decided to integrate ICT in this issue; the
marriage of technology and our goal has been a great formula in giving light to this
prolonged issue. ICT as a platform for advertising has been mostly used by companies
to reach their audiences more and broader scale and with innovation as part of our
management’s mandate ICT is more than just an avenue but more of an opportunity that
we would like to use up to its full extent.

Our team has decided to adapt several existing environmental campaigns as a
basis for our advertising technique. Using previously published campaigns has helped us
in determining a successful formula for ours. These materials below have been a
contribution to avoid what is needed and to improve what has been proven to be effective
in terms of marketing both online and traditional

PEG RELEVANCE: our team has been firm with using 2D materials all throughout the
project. This sample brochure has been very helpful with the conceptualization process
of our collaterals. We decided to keep our graphics simple yet cool, modern and chic.
This sample is a perfect example of what we want to achieve with a few revisions added.

PEG RELEVANCE: our team has been firm with using 2D materials all throughout the
project. This sample brochure has been very helpful with the conceptualization process
of our collaterals. We decided to keep our graphics simple yet cool, modern and chic.

PEG RELEVANCE: using a 3-fold brochure is very trendy these days as it is very
compact, easy to read and keep. It is also cost-effective compared to creating brochures
in a booklet form. This sample brochure has been considered as a main peg of our
Graphic Design unit for our advertising collaterals. It is trendy, child-friendly and
informative.

easy to understand since most assets used are in cartoon form, which makes it easier to
comprehend for both adults and children. It is also very easy to produce, upload and
distribute. We would also like to continue the usage of 2D assets from the website, printed
materials down to our ads to make our marketing campaign more cohesive and unified.

7. TECHNICAL LIMITS
a. PRODUCTION MATERIAL
 WIX – Our team is going to use WIX for the website production
 Adobe Photoshop – Management has decided to use Adobe PS for
the brochures and other marketing collaterals
 Publisher – Graphic Design Team has used Publisher in the creation
of additional posters and flyers
 Powerpoint – To be able to present our ideas, PPT slides will be used
for the prototypes and progress reports.
8. DESIGN OBJECTIVES
a. Integrating ICT in this project is a big contribution but considering a portion of our
target market does not have available internet access all the time our team has
decided to produce traditional marketing products like flyers, brochures and
pamphlets for users that are part of the target audience but are financially
challenged. This integration is innovative and conventional in some way. We would
like to keep the idea of innovation through building an online presence in the form
of a website and social media pages but we also have to consider those that are
less privileged to attend these platforms and are only dependent on available
resources being given to them for free. With this in mind, we considered producing
both advertising materials both online and offline.
