PRICING SUMMARY

- OPTION 1 : SUPPLY & INSTALL STORAGE RACKING SYSTEM : RM 54,000.00

- OPTION 2 : SUPPLY & INSTALL STORAGE RACKING SYSTEM : RM 73,500.00

TERMS OF DELIVERY
- Delivery will be within 6-8 weeks working days after Received of Official Purchase Order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

- 40% Down Payment upon Official Order Confirmation.

- 60% Final Payment on Job Completion.

Others Terms & Conditions: -

Until we have received full payment, goods herein remain the property of `Synstech Sdn. Bhd.'
For any cancellation of confirmed order, it incurs 40% of the total Project amount as cancellation charges.
The purchaser to provide power supply for power tools and MME during site installation.
VALIDITY OF QUOTATION
- This quotation is valid for 5 days upon receiving date. Kindly reconfirm before placing the order.
WARRANTY
- 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship on the uprights roll forming and hole punching, and beams
welding and roll forming including paint finish. User damage and regular wear and tear is not included.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

- Product Liability Insurance for all its storage systems products around the world except USA and Canada - a confirmation
of its confidence in the products manufacture, supplied and installed. The insurance covers claim up to RM 5 million for
bodily injury and property damages.
