STORY OUTLINE

Intro

The Nurse enters the house looking fatigued, jotting reports by hand tires not only the hands
but also the eyes. After preparing a quick meal, she sat on the couch to relax and watch the
news.

"The government has issued a new system that can help medical workers work more
efficiently and safely, More on that later." The news then cuts into a commercial break. A
worried look washed over the Nurse's face; She is computer illiterate
and there is a high chance that she will make grave mistakes.

After many brief commercials, The news is back on tv.

"(Here po ilalagay yung information, capabilities advantages ng lims, wala pa po ako maisip
maayos dito ahahaha)." After many more news stories, the Nurse then turns off the tv to get
ready for bed.

While getting ready, the phone rings. A friend of the Nurse is calling to gossip about their day
at work. "Hey Nurse, did you hear about the new system they're going to implement at our
hospital? I heard someone from the company is going to teach us tomorrow how to use it."

Nurse enters the house with a tired look on her face because she just got home from her

Laboratory Information Management System, also known as LIMS, has been studied. Experts
found out that LIMS has the capabilities to expand and enhance the quality of work.

A Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) allows its users to effectively manage the
flow of samples and associated data to improve lab efficiency. This software-based solution
system is able to assist the operations of a modern laboratory, including providing modified
reports. Tracking reports is much simpler with a computer system because it is accessible for
everyone, including when work was completed, who did the work, when the data was examined,
and when the report was issued.

The most crucial function of the LIMS is to improve operational efficiency by automating and
streamlining workflows, doing away with the need to manually manage information, and
adhering to regulatory requirements. For better cooperation, data can be accessed and shared
more quickly and securely.

Its users may include good protocols, consistency, and repeatability in the processes by
mapping them into the LIMS. Additionally, it automatically verifies each action's full traceability to
help produce documentation of regulatory compliance.
