MOTION TO BE HEARD
VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING

The undersigned, to the Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. This case was scheduled for arraignment on 3 March 2021 at 1:30 in the
afternoon.

2. Undersigned respectfully moves that the scheduled proceeding be

conducted thru video conferencing pursuant to Administrative Circular Nos. 40-2020 and
41-2020.

3. May undersigned respectfully explain that undersigned counsel’ office is

located in Paranaque City and unfortunately, undersigned counsel’s temperature is
slightly elevated due to fever and cold thus he is not sure if he will be allowed entry in
the Justice Hall of Tarlac City in case that his temperature will be checked by the guard
therein.
 4. For the above reason, the undersigned seeks the indulgence of the
Honorable Court as he requests for the conduct of the scheduled proceeding thru video
conferencing for the safety of all concerns

5. This request is not for dilatory purposes, but is demanded by necessity as

above stated.

RELIEF
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully prays of the Honorable Court to
grant the request for the conduct of the scheduled proceeding thru video conferencing

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
