ANNEX D TO MULTI-PART
AC 119-11 AND AC 138-02 V3.1
This annex provides compliance matrix templates for Part 133 of CASR. Operators may use
the compliance matrix to record relevant sections of their operations manual or exposition
against the regulations.
For clarity, the provision of a compliance matrix to CASA by an operator is not a requirement
but CASA's advice to operators is that the use of a compliance matrix can be of significant
assistance to operators in determining their compliance with the civil aviation legislation.
