AFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, JEMAXIRES O. ARAGONCILLO, of legal age, Filipino, married and

a resident of Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental after having duly sworn to in
accordance with do hereby depose and say:

That I am and employee of the Department of Education with the position of

Principal II assigned at Eleuteria S. Castro Elementary School, of Jose Abad
Santos I District;

That sometime on November 15, 2022 at around 09:36 in the evening, I was
scanning my mobile cellular phone particularly the face book page, when I
happened to see and read an unwarranted conversations of two (2) persons
identified as certain Merlyn Mendoza Yacon and her co-employee using the face
book account as “Teacher” and identified as certain Darnel Drioxanne M. Parsaso;

That said statements were malicious and damaging to the integrity to the
person alluded to which read as follows to wit:

Teacher – “ Yes dok, ayaw nga daw po pa ingay.. kung pwede isekreto
lang daw..Hehe” – “nalipat sa JASI and isang item natin”.

Merlyn M. Yacon – “hala ka bad.. di ko ganahan sa usaka ADAS sa JASI

kay murag ana jud mukhang pera. Siya siguro nagalakad..di gani mahiya
manghingi sa hardship sa school heads. Di na makahintay na bigyan siya
maghingi talaga kapal”

Teacher – “hala dok nuh., Baka xa nga dok, sir Chung daw name ng
ADAS nila na naga hingi daw ng padulas”

That I am in not in favor of the said malicious statements which was very
unprofessional and uncalled for as school head and that said statements was very
damaging to the integrity of the person alluded to;
 That the said malicious imputation of a crime was false and not true as there
was no basis in fact and in law;

That I can attest that there was no such alleged “padulas” as mentioned in
the conversations between Mrs. Yacon and Mrs Parsaso. That Mr. Chung was
only doing his job faithfully and honestly in accordance with the policies and
procedures as provided for by the DepEd on promotions, upgrading and
appointments.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above

statements as true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
