Good Day!

I am Dr. Omie Calzum Yusoph, Rural Health Physician (Doctor-to-the-Barrios), currently

assigned in Kapatagan, Lanao del Sur. It has come to my knowledge that my cousin, SITTIE
SUBAYNEH P. BASHER, previously an HRH-Personnel of Bubong, Lanao del Sur, under the
Nurses Deployment Program, was not one of the NDPs for Renewal of Contract.

In this regard, I am writing this letter of request po, if I may request her in Kapatagan, Lanao del
Sur. I am a witness to her diligent hardwork. She had the highest points among the HRH-
Personnel in Bubong, Lanao del Sur during the evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Health-
BARMM. She badly needs this job, being the sole breadwinner of their 12-member family. Her
mother recently had an open-heart surgery, to which up until this moment, she is paying their
balance in their hospital bill. If she cannot be renewed in her previous assignment, I would very
much appreciate if she can be transferred instead in my area of assignment, in KAPATAGAN,
Lanao del Sur.
