RVK-808 License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Electronik
Sound Lab
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our RVK-808 software (“Software”)
directly from Electronik Sound Lab or indirectly through a Electronik Sound Lab authorized
reseller or distributor (a “Reseller”).
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the
RVK-808 software. It provides a license to use the RVK-808 software and contains warranty
information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the RVK-808 software, this EULA agreement will also govern that
trial. By clicking “accept” or installing and/or using the RVK-808 software, you are confirming
your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA
agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you
represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and
conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of
this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA
agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Electronik Sound Lab herewith
regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any
Electronik Sound Lab updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the
Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant
Electronik Sound Lab hereby grants you a personal, non-assignable & non-transferable, Perpetual,
Without the rights to create derivative works, Non-exclusive license, all with accordance with the
terms set forth and other legal restrictions set forth in 3rd party software used while running
Software. This license expressly forbids any unauthorised inclusion of content contained within the
library into any other sample instrument or library of any kind without our prior express written
consent. This library also forbids any re-distribution method of this product, or its sounds, through
any means, including but not limited to re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating or embedding
into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any
free or commercial library of musical and/or sound effect samples and/or articulations, or any form
of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device.
• Non Assignable & Non-Transferable: you can not assign or transfer your rights and duties
under this license.
• Commercial, Royalty Free: you can use RVK-808 for any purpose, including paid services,
without any royalties, including commercial projects. You can not use the library in order to
make another products or libraries.
 • With support & maintenance: Electronik Sound Lab shall provide you support and
maintenance. Purchase of a License includes free technical support and free updates, till the
next major version.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Electronik Sound Lab shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded
by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and
other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications
made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Electronik Sound Lab.
Electronik Sound Lab reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Refund Policy
Our products are digital and available for immediate delivery and download. Because of this, we
don't allow any refund unless the product doesn't work as intended or the customer purchased the
same product twice.
If the product doesn't work as intended, proofs of the bug(s) must be provided in the form of screen
capture(s), be it video or image files.
By purchasing our products you are agreeing that refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of
Electronik SoundLab and that all decisions made by Electronik SoundLab are final.
We advise checking the software/hardware requirements required to use the products (provided on
the product page) before purchase; the customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge
required to use the product.
We are unable to offer refunds if you have already downloaded your product and;
Change your mind.
Have the wrong hardware/software for the product.
Have insufficient knowledge/know-how to use the product.
The product doesn’t work due to pirated and illegally downloaded software.

Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until
terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Electronik Sound Lab.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement.
Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate
and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature
continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement,
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
