products and services, while making value for shareholders, in this manner of increases in product value,
insures the next availability of finance assets to fund operations. From the business perspective, value is
said to be made when the business earns income (or the return on assets) that exceeds expenses (or the
value of capital). But some analysts insist on the broader definition of value creation" that may be
