Nowadays, stress is a very common situation in both adults and teenagers.

Suffering from
stress is the worst feeling to anyone, because of the unhealthy habits it creates to people.
However, there are ways to reduce that unhealthy stress

One of those ways is exercising. By going on a walk while wearing headphones can really
help. Physical activity can tire our bodies but also keep our mind away from responsibilities
for quite some time. “Everyone feels better after physical activities”, states a student. Many
people with really stressful timetables find a small amount of time to exercise and don’t let
stress take over all of their exhausting day. However, not everyone has time to spend on
exercising and probably that’s the reason stress appears.

Another way to ease stress, that is more effective for the majority of people, is organizing
timetables. Organizing time effectively can make someone a lot calmer and indicate the
most beneficial way to work like. A lot of people though disagree. Many support the idea
that organization harms creativity and that creativity is an important factor in making our
everyday life less stressful.

Given the opinions from above, both ways have their drawbacks. However, I think overall
that organizing time can help with the according preparation to possible events someone
has to attend. Thus, stress is reduced easily without sweating and spending time that could
be used productively.
