 WILL

I, Ajay Das, son of Lt. Anath Bandhu Das a resident of Simaluguri,

Simaluguri- Town, P.S- Simaluguri, District Sibsagar : Assam, by religion Hindu, do
hereby declare that I have not executed any Will or Wills (Wasiwaat), Codicil or
Codicils and Testamentary dispositions at any earlier point of time. I declare this to
be my only and last Will (Wasiwaat), and Testament.

Whereas , I maintain good health condition, and possess a sound state of

mind. This Will is made by me out of my own independent decision and free
volition. I have not been influenced, cajoled or coerced by any one in any manner
whatsoever in this regard.

And whereas, I am the absolute owner, right, title interest and possession
holder of the property mentioned hereunder, under the caption “Schedule of
Property” that stands in my name and maintains government records in my name.

And whereas, the property mentioned hereunder in “Schedule of Property”

owned by me are self-acquired property. No one else has any right, title, interest,
claim or demand whatsoever on said landed property. I have full right, absolute
power and complete authority on said property.

And whereas I have a child namely DEBANGAN DAS and he takes care of
my body and soul, emotion and everything.

I hereby appoint my aforesaid child namely- i) Debangan Das as the sole

executor of this WILL . I hereby give, devise and bequeath my scheduled mentioned
property to the Executor of this Will (Wasiwaat) absolutely forever. The Executor
will be entitled to enjoy and or dispose of this property after my death, in the manner
as I am entitled to as of now and during my lifetime as real owner of this property.

VERIFICATION

I, Ajay Das the Testator do hereby verify and affirm the contents and averments made
herein above and also verify and affirm the description of property mentioned under the
caption “SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY” mentioned herein above and finding it to be
