CONTEXT:
The main objective of the proposed project on Centralised Ration Card web application is
to serve beneficiary with ration (include rice, wheat, sugar and kerosene) throughout the Country
with unique ration Id and overcome the current flaw. In existing system the limitation is that
beneficiary can only purchase grocery from specified residence area but with the help of
Centralised Ration Card portal we can issue same stock to beneficiary throughout the country
with unique Id and account. I’d will be provided instead of current ration cards by Government.
I’d will be verified by registered vendor and will issue ration (include rice, wheat, sugar and
kerosene) to beneficiary.

PROBLEM:
The network of the ration shops is spread all over in India to provide food security to the
people. This distribution of food and fuel is fully controlled by the government. But it has so
many limitations. Beneficiary can not avail benefits at any location if he migrates. In India people
migrates in search of labour and shelter in huge amount. As the all face a common issue, food
which is basic need of human being.
SOLUTION:
The current Ration Allocation System is an offline one. We are now running towards
Digitization in all sectors like IT, automobiles, e-commerce etc. Same thing we are going to apply
in Centralized Ration Web Application. Government will be generating Unique Credentials for
valid vendors or ration providers and share a login module also create unique Id’s for
Beneficiary’s with accounts. Beneficiary simply needs to verify himself at registered vendor with
provided Id and can avail all benefits assigned to his account. This will Overcome the current
problem faced by migrators and poor people.
