WHY ALVARADO?

important market for industrial ships that cross the Gulf of Mexico from Matamoros to
Coatzacoalcos and the number of vessels that sail is 120, 258-290 meters. of length and
32 mts. sleeve, 10 mts. of draft, these data are from the port captaincy through the
port operation, being third-generation ships that are sailing in the Gulf of Mexico. Our
docks are designed for 300 meters and our draft will be 10.50 meters.

c) We have 8 docks and one will be used as afloat repairs and if it is a business it will be
managed as a shipyard.

d) We have sufficient storage and operation yards, as well as its logistics area and
offshore-type facilities within the logistics facilities.

e) The world trend of industrial ports is dock and industrial zone, the trend of ports as in
China and some Asian countries, in this way it is intended to establish being the first
industrial port in the Gulf of Mexico to be located in Alvarado.

 INDUSTRIAL ZONE

It has a surface area of 320 hectares and will be delivered with services of water, electricity,
drainage, paving fittings, bordering mesh drumsticks, a wastewater treatment plant complying
with the highest safety and quality standards. We will have a 90 km rail connection from the
industrial zone to the junction at Paso del Toro (south east and center of the republic) If you
