SS V. Commercial / Industrial and Institutional Lots:Plus 50% of the above rates. B. ORIGINAL SURVEY: (Costs of Survey Authority is not included): a) Residential: A charge of P 30,000.00 per parcel. b) Agricultural: A charge of P 40,000.00 for the 1* hectare plus P 5,000.00 per hectare or fraction thereof in excess of 1 hectare up to 12 hectares. c) Fishpond, Foreshore lands / Sand and Gravel and Quarry Concessions. A charge of P 25,000.00 per hectare or fraction thereof up to 20 hectares and P2,500.00 every hectare above 20 hectares. d) Tie Line Connection — From standard Reference / Monument, the charge shall be P 10,000.00 / km.
